DIADEM Terminal Maritime Services and Realty, Inc. (DIADEM), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Oriental Port and Allied Services Corporation (OPASCOR) established on May 16 2007. It is a logistics company engaged in Fumigation, Truck Scale, Container Yard and Trucking Services in Cebu. It currently oversees OPASCOR's truck scale and fumigation operations in CIP.

     In the process of integrating OPASCOR’s services in CIP and address the problem of congestion, DIADEM began Container Yard and Trucking Services in 2014. It first operated in a 1.2-hectare Container Yard Depot situated at Baclig St., North Reclamation Area, Cebu City. Followed by container yard operations within a 2.6-hectare area along F. Cabahug St., Mabolo Proper, Cebu Port Center. This Container yard facility has a capacity of 5000 TEUs. DIADEM recently added another yard in July 2016 with an area of 6, 573.26 sqm with a capacity of around 700 TEUs. For its container yard operations, DIADEM has one (1) Reach Stacker, two (2) Empty Container Handlers (Sidelifter Units) and one (1) Forklift. Complementing the trucking services are twenty-four (24) Prime movers which augment the hustling operations for empty and loaded containers in the yard.  Additionally, DIADEM will be adding more trucks on the last quarter of 2017 to meet the growing demand of its clients.
